Course overview
Barden Network Engineering offers The Smart Awards SA002R Underground Safety Refresher accreditation to allow learners to refresh and retest their knowledge to identify the hazards and risks involved in working safety on/ in or in proximity to underground structures and operational buildings.
The course provides learners with valuable knowledge of health and safety compliance legislation and help their understanding of dangers associated with works, and the safety precautions necessary whilst working in the underground network.
Learners that successfully complete this 1 day course will be awarded a full accreditation certification for Smart Awards SA002R Underground Safety Refresher.

Refresher in:
Knowing how to work safely
Knowing how to carry out gas testing safely
Knowing how to demonstrate safe methods of testing for lifting covers before working underground
Knowing relevant health and safety legislation and industry good practice
Knowing the hazards of working in underground chambers or structures
Knowing how to carry out cover lifting safely
This course is available to any over the age of 16.
Smart Awards SA002 must be completed in the first instance.
