Barden Network Engineering offers The Smart Awards SA010 Confined Space training course provides learners with knowledge and basic skills in working effectively in confined spaces. It is designed to give learners an understanding of the dangers, hazards, and potential risks associated with confined spaces.
This accreditation also introduces learners to the health and safety legislation related to confined spaces.
Learners that successfully complete this 1 day course will be awarded a full accreditation certification for Smart Awards SA010 Confined Space.

Course aims:
Understand the relevant legislation, guidance, and organisation requirements for working safely in confined spaces.
Understand how to work safely in confined spaces.
Be able to carry out a risk assessment.
Understand how to deal with emergencies.
Be able to demonstrate safe systems of work.
Be able to carry out pre-use inspections.
Be able to work safely in confined spaces.
This course includes both a practical assessment, where learners demonstrate their knowledge of practical tasks, and a theory assessment, which is composed of multiple-choice questions.
This is an entry-level courses aimed at individuals who work in Telecommunications and civil engineering sectors.
The course is available to any over the age of 16.
